RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:A few things.....
I really like the clinical approach Buffalo....makes total sense.
Here's what I struggle to reconcile. Frontier have two seasoned capital market / mining vets on their board in the form of Greg Mills and Steve Letwin. No doubt they both helped bring RBC and perhaps even GS to the table and have brought some sage advice.
But how on earth are they OK with the current state of IR ?? Perhaps they arent ?
I have been fairly significantly invested in this story for 3 plus years. How is it even remotely possible that a $500mm market cap company with this kind of potential, arguably in ground zero of the Li hype and build out, hasnt had a SINGLE conference call ...and has little to no credible analyst coverage ?
You correctly outline reversion to mean of these plays with respect to PFS and DFS.
Wouldnt you think if the story were being told properly, concisely and credibly to institutional investors and large retail, that the prospect of a $5B PFS within the QUARTER would resonate and find its way into the current val ? Isnt the market a forward looking mechanism ? The execs and BoD are responsible for understanding and addressing why THAT magnitude of disconnect exists here arent they ??
I am not for a moment saying that this is ALL about IR deficiency, but in itself it is absolutely VERY low hanging fruit. There is a very compelling risk / reward/ opportunity at the heart of all of this, which I dont believe is being credibly conveyed and received by the right people.
This whole notion of.... well we know what we have, and in time everyone will figure it out.... we are in this for the long haul ....all gets old quite quickly.... particularly if you are trying to attract credible long term investors. Understand the risk perceptions, address them and have a credible strategy.
THAT is why I am somewhat impatient. ALL ADDRESSABLE... but lets see it happen.
