RE:RE:RE:RE:Share Price

RE:RE:RE:RE:Share Price
Blitzer I thank you for being respectful but are my invites really wrong? Maybe but not to the extent that management has absolutely mishandled keeping the share value up as well as clearly kept people in the dark something that others in addition to me have said "disastrous share value wise" and will "have to be concrete and transparent" to gain credibility...concrete about timeframes etc. So with all due respect whatever else I said granted plausible conjecture on my part may or may not be right. But tell me something should not the company had the foresight to see wear and tear of the equipment? They wasted over one quarter and still have to get it together. And now with the raise at .27 talking about sourcing and financing through their partners how does that make it appear? So the issue is did they not give a damn because they would lean on the partners and instead of pissing off retailers like the first .68 raise they just simply now couched it? No matter what you can't explain away stupidity/lack of foresight and the way it ended seemed it was planned. Now correct me if I am wrong with my understanding the company said that the oil flow will commence on reheating yet someone on the boards said he believes they are still harvesting it which I never objected to because I thought it possible. A poster today who took part in the pp in a later post confirmed oil flow. So you tell me should not the share holders be angry for all these things. As far as contacting Geoff I will likely voice my displeasure to him on all accounts and see what he has to say. I like Geoff had a very cordial initial first contact quite some time ago but these things that have happened from now since then are not small things and all retailers have every reason to be pissed regardless of how good a tech may appear to be. A lot of time bad dealings heavily devalue the tech and that is what this company did in allowing a share collapse that should have never happened. On top of that the dishonesty if what I understood that the taps are of no oil harvested until the heat back on. Not only that everyone not a few should be given this information that is not ethical that this did not happen and sad to say insider info which is illegal not only not ethical. Talk about a bad leak. All this strikes at the credibility of this company and when that is shot of course people are angry. I expected better from this company but when people manipulated the share the company not seeming to do much about it and then offering a substantially lower than first offering to the partners not good. This offering should no way in hell be at best 30 percent off the first which if rounded to .70 would be .49...27 is just really a huge flaggerant disregard to retailers. So with all these you bet I see this company in a whole different and tarnished light. That said I have said my piece and of course despite being pissed it doesn't mean I dump shares or buy out of revenge. One thing always sticks to my mind when having talked to Kevin Barnes from Poet management he said to me there shouldn't be any revenge buying or selling and as pissed as I am and prior to making my current decisions I calculated things hoping for the best no doubt. I post what I do knowing management reads the boards so if I haven't talked directly they can read my anger at them however this is all grounds to get it out as you suggested to Geoff if not ir they need to give answers for this and depending on them I will see how far they will need to go to fix their credibility with me. I still expect more than a buck nothing has changed that. Whatever happens though it does and I will not be looking to sell below about $2 and as said all shares are on the table that is what I do with companies that act in this regard I don't respect then as I once did and it will take a lot of work to fix this damage however as said I will move with calculative intent as displeased as I am. Now I wasn't going to post after my final ripping into them but you posted I answered let's see what the new year brings I expect far better not only share wise but transparency which is super key.
