POU has farmed out land blocks across clear water and will be drilling what they suggest will be the big wells (Most prospective wells) at clear water themselves this winter, what is the risk to POU.
( Pretty well ZERO, this have been sitting on this land for a long time. )
What is the current opportunity to POU, BILLIONS of DOLLARS. They have held these lands for year in Cavalier for years and watching the play develop, mapping the play and attending land sales. (Quietly, in the back ground, without any fanfare)
ENTRY POINT The cost of entry point for Clear Water is low, and wells only cost 1.7 million dollars, and they do not require fracking. So a very cheap low cost entry point, and according to Eric Nuttals it is the number #1 play with the best returns in North America.
I expect that POU likely has a little production already from this area but it is insignificant, but we are just opening the book and have not read the first chapter on the clear water yet.
2023 In 2023 we are going to see Clear water on the map, and i would not be surprized to see a new slide in highlights to development strategy for Clear Water.
Velocity
Clearwater wells are top Tier
Top Tier Wells ClearWater is now producing over 100,000 boe a day and now deserves POU attention

POU is so cheap and what do you think Martin Hills would be worth in a separate company and the play is just emerging.
