jhonny u forget that the Rates that the Bomber pays depend not only on the Rates. It also depend on there rating..when they pay 2-3billion debt moodys will Upgrade them to b or a..so with higher markets Rates and much better rating the Bomber will not Paying more for the money they get than they do now..
