Watch slam release a press release about her Departure the problem is she left and got another job already
they are suppose to disclose at the time of her resignation or whatever immediately and when her last day is and who will be taking over
they didn't do this ....this is poor corporate governance
also I expect them slate to counter the board seats to armoyan by offering one seat and a minor buyback let's say $5million or so
armoyan is smart enough to see through this
