I'm curious to see if there is a Regenx "workaround" when it comes to formula regeneration, Enviroleach trumpeted this as a game changer when it was added to their arsenal of granted patents.

It's not as black and white as it once seemed when one weighs the scope and strength of ETI patents as stated by ETI brass. Has the ETI formula regeration patent also been overstated? My thoughts are Element 6 has done the heavy lifting as it relates to the Diamox (tm) process and it may be another case of Envirometals "Standing on the Shoulders of Giants".

There's a strong possibiity Regenx is thinking the same ... DD
