While

WhileWe hang around waiting for results from the CDP this year (that is if we are getting result) comissioning and results have some to mean several different things. Its my hope by years end we will have something to hang our hat on or we can sell off before the close of tax selling season. I dont want to hang on to this potential anchor for another year if nothing is going to come to fruition!

Comissioning could simply mean up and running, I have a strong suspicion comissioning does not imply actual numbers and results that could be  some time in the future (whatever that means).

According to Oxford:

com·mis·sion
verb
gerund or present participlecommissioning
  1. 1.
give an order for or authorize the production of (something such as a building, piece of equipment, or work of art).
