and with our partner already having a convertible note that converts to approximately 19.9% of the float, I can't see them accumulating on open market without regulatory requirements being meet very quickly. 


still of the belief the walk down and accumulation we have been seeming is the calm before the massive run of good news and a placement to our partner as part of a deal 



In the absence of news, IMHO there're only two indicators for the longs to hold here. 1. Trading activity. If the deal was dead we would not be where we are. 2. Website update. I've never seen a company update a website before the event under negative circumstances. All very thin to many I'm sure but all things considered it's doing relatively well, so far. Crunch time starts this week. GLTAL!
