Simon Property Group, Inc. is a self-administered and self-managed real estate investment trust (REIT). The Company owns, develops and manages premier shopping, dining, entertainment and mixed-use destinations, which consist primarily of malls, Premium Outlets, and The Mills. It also holds an interest in 24 regional, super-regional, and outlet malls in the United States and Asia. RE:RE:RE:Sale of Bullfrog PowerExactly and one should never "trade from cost" anyway so what they paid for it is irrelevant to the sale today.  The fact is they can pay down about half their debt which has a too aggressive amortization schedule so by paying g down that debt they will produce more fcf.   This is a stellar outcome imo
