RE:RE:Is this correctLooking at NR again, they have not set the effective date of when/who gets the shares. Their disclosure on this has been messy and shameful but in Friday's NR, clearly the "ex date" has not been set"
So look out for the "ex date" announcement. On that date the share will start trading without the right to the goldstorm distribution.
Dont worry about what nomorerollbacks tells you, if you hold the shares the day before the ex date, you will get the spinout shares. But cant blame normorerollbacks, TUD has just been all over the map on this. Almost like they dont know what theyre doing.
Kudos to whomever raised the money for goldstorm, cant imagine it was an easy sell in this market.

the shares were issued for Goldstorm, not TUD.
As previously disclosed, they were raising money at $0.26'share.
As for Nomorerollbacks concerns, I beleive the record date was set was back in early septermber (for the 2nd time, they messed up on it back in Aug). But theyve messed this up so badly, I cant be sure.
WHole idea of a record date is that anyone who holds shares on that date collects the spinout shares regardless of when the spinout div is actually made.
This has been going on so long, and with so many messups, that it is hard to keep track.
so if you are looking at selling, worth looking into it further. Idealy something in writing from TUD - they owe it to us.
From TUD disclosure,
