ORE SORTER Another idea to streamline the mine process is introducing an ore sorter.
I' just checked a few prices out of China. DBM - is all over the map in prices.
This is due to grade - 90 % - 99+ %.
Low grade ( ORE ) unmilled - can fetch $490 - $690 usd
Middle of road price -
$590/ usd
Question is put forth -
could an ore sorter achieve a 90% grade ?
would it have issues distinguishing between - grey, white, brown, yellow, colored - DBM ?
or, could an ore sorter be tweaked to single out each ?
could an ore sorter also detect - nickel + titianium credits as ore passes by the opticla eye ?
if it could - it would provide a rough calculation of additional secondary credits -
If the above format was feasable -
One could potnetially eliminate much of the capital costs -
CAPITAL COSTS
$235,900,000 ( total sum )
- 108,000,000 ( calcining plant )
- 39,300,000 ( contingency )
- 27,700,000 ( processing plant )
- 15,900,000 ( indirects )
- 14,400,000 ( epcm )
- 7,100,000 ( owners costs )
3, 800,000 ( plant site ) this could be erased - while 37.7 million allocated to Plant
= $216,200,000 ( saved )
$ 235,900,000 original
- $216,200,000 savings
= $19,700,000 ( capital costs )
Lease ore sorter
I allowed $10,000,000 million for - crushing milling plant
taken off of - 37,7 processing
8,000,000 tonnes ( THIS TONNAGE WOULD INCREASE ) whole ore being sold
X $590 USD
= $4,720,000,000 ( BILLION ) USD
= $6,136,000,000 ( BILLION ) CDN
Why choose this route ?
Simplest route.
I figure - China's - magnesite deadburn ore - would have the co2.
If raw ore - the co2 would still be with in. ( see link below )
MINING COSTS
$60 / TONNE ( increased form 2016 figures ) double
$10 / TONNE - ( MINE TO PLANT ) stay onsite - errect quanset buildings - portable power
$30/ TONNE - PROCESSING - simply crush amd partial mill to desired rock size
= $100 / TONNE
$590
- $100
= $490 / TONNE PROFIT ( LESS SHIPPING TO BUYER ) have them pay for shipping - wink.
x 8,000,000 tonnes
$3,920,000,000 billion usd
- 158 million shares
= $24.80 share
For every additonal mineral credit found - could act as a " bonus " for purchaser.
Or... bonus for - owner operator.
If it were me... i'd be performing a few more assays - high end -
looking to see if any nickel was bonded to the - magnesium or, dependent on own ?
checking the - titanium percentages - are they - consistent @ - 0.07% avg. ?

Another way of looking at the deposit -
Simple - Flintstone operation using ore sorting - if applicable.
The irony here is...
Small junior jumped on industiral minerals - when market didn't know they'd be valued.
Turns out - Industrial minerals are now proving to be - valued metal / energy minerals.
lol
Cheers....
