RE:Risk vs RewardWindsorGuy: You state that "the odds of success are better than 50/50". Is this a gut feeling or do you have analysis to back your conclusion? The fact that the deadline has been extended points to voter participation is lacking. Recall that the lower the participation, the lower the hurdle to defeat. RIO obviously knows this and is desperate to get shareholders to vote. The market is also projecting a "NO". In my opinion, I cannot see how a "YES" has a path to success.
