RE:Is everybody tired of E.S.G. companies yet? It is completely underwhelming how the board and the executives have performed recently. Pure unacceptable. The street is not liking the story at all. This company will not progress beyond being a penny stock unless we can get other executives and board members to run this company. I have lost faith in the current board and executive.
it's quite odd when the company ticks up five or eight cents the board and the executive are right there to take credit for it, when it wallows at the $.50 mark, the executives and the board --- just crickets. They don't accept their responsibility well. Gas lighters.
our syndicate is monitoring the situation closely, and are in weekly contact with investor relations. They have been put on notice they are on a short leash.
further, I find it very strange that at this price there has not been any bona fide offers to buy the company, especially with cash on the books. In fact, I know there has been offers, but it has not been taken seriously by the board or executive. The executive just blows off the bidding company, and no correspondence to us, the owners or shareholders. why, no bona fide counter offer? Why no offer for partial purchase and partnership? There is a myriad of possibilities that you could run with when a Brookfield or Fairfax come knocking. I take great exception to this tactic to keep their jobs. If there is an offer, I want to know about it immediately. Immediately, with the rest of the shareholders or more appropriately, the owners like us.
