Last updated Jly 11. The last time nvo mentioned it they said they were preparing to respond to the opposition, a few weeks ago. Coming up on 4 months and they still havent responded. Stuck at stage 2 of 5.

Anyone thinking they seriously want the pemit is mistaken. They already know its uneconomic and they dont want to go back to the hell of producing. They dont have the cash to go back into production anyway. They want to sit on what cash is left and pay themselves salaries. And if they do what they are supposed to do, which is rehabilitate their and moy's  sites, then theres no cash left. So keep the farce alive.

Financials in 2 weeks should be interesting unless one is a shareholder.
