Occam’s Razor

Occam’s RazorInvestors tend to overthink the obvious. So what happened today? Let me make it clear that I have  no contact with the Company, my research is independent so do your own DD. Yes a 7 % haircut within 15 minutes is significant or is it? My first thought was options, warrants expiry dates and someone wanting to take advantage of a low expiry date valuations without the funds so they sell the equity at a higher price and increase their position, nope not the case here, in fact most of the expiry values are at much higher prices. So I dug a little deeper outside the MDA, 4 days ago I see videos posted on YouTube from the ICSID hearings on case ARB/18/23.  I'm thinking someone viewed the videos that are now public domain and panicked without understanding the scope of the arbitration. Back in 2018 GCM filed a claim against the Republic of Columbia for damages of $250 million US for not protecting the area from illegal mining and protests.  Since than Aris Mining has come to a mutually beneficial coexistence with small scale miners at Marmato. So why the arbitration? This has international repricussions for other large scale miners and small scale mining scenarios, the ruling will offer
precedence for other cases in the future. Obviously it's in the best interest of all parties to come to an amicable resolution such as Aris Mining and the small scale miners did. Aris Mining was able to do what some had thought was impossible, that's why I believe this Company has nothing but exponential upside potential in Latin America. Do your own due diligence and come to your own conclusions.
