The Company’s principal asset is the Great Atlantic salt deposit project (Great Atlantic Salt Project), located in the St. George Basin of western Newfoundland. Its Gypsum Project is three kilometers (km) southwest of Great Atlantic salt deposit, which is an early-stage and open-pit production from the Ace deposit. Its Nepheline Syenite Property consists of a surface occurrence of nepheline syenite along the southern Labrador highway. The project is located approximately six km from tide water.

LumberJack is correct. Until this company is approved for trading on the CES (or other exchange), this is a private company as opposed to a publically-trading entity.

Yes, we are all shareholders of this entity but until it is listed, it's a private enterprise and not a publically-traded entity. 

Yes, the wait time for it to be listed has certainly been longer than expected and it will be listed, no doubt, and at that time it will be a publically-traded enterprise.
