The second best return for shareholders is share buybacks over dividend increase in this case as our divy % is quite high at 8.5%

Increasing/giving a divy is nice... but that money is gone from the company, and somewhat lowers the shareprice.

At present buying back shares should result in a higher shareprice and payback to shareholders than increasing the divy...

It's a balancing act .... But a great one for us shareholders
