Nothing new mentioned ... just saying its at a 52 week low ... PP offered... we see this breaking out... .

Usually the Term " breaking out " is used for a stock that is on an uptrend ... and is hitting resistance at a level ...

Once its able to break that resistance ... then it can be described as " breaking out " .... Example stock is at 90 cents ... has hit 99 cents a few times but cant break the 1$ level. Once day on good news the stock " breaks out " the resistance level and then would be described as "Breaking out."

Is NXO hitting its resistance levels ? Its been down 92% in 12 months.... Hardly " Breaking out " if you ask me ....
