Meaning of rapid growth?I'm sure that we all bought our shares based in the idea that value would increase - and because it's biotech we should expect to wait for some time - and because of the implied risk we would get better return on our investment compared to other sectors.
In short, we all want this company to be successful.
Now, what does rapid growth mean?
My initial interpretation was that H2 2022 would include
1) great street cred was earned that would boost self-confidence in negotiations, which remain to be seen in pet SQLT2
2) great up-front would boost share price
3) rapid expansion of the lab and hire twice as many resources
4) possibly an milestone from Abbvie
5) self funding of anti-aging trial
Unfortunately, and immature, the management does not communicate with shareholders bi-directional so we can only speculate.
It strikes me that Howard only referred to the machine they bought for the lab? Now the can accelerate research, but revenue from this is of course years away.
Is he just a dreamer or is there any substance behind his statement of rapid growth? The issue for me as an investor is that I don't know. Track record points at dreamer, but H2 is not over yet so I cannot completely rule out a positive surprise.
My only hope is that the hospital colleagues that bought into this dream express disappointment and force him socially to mature and start to build value for this company in terms of share price - and communicate bi-directional. Would be absolutely fantastic of one could reach out to them...
Well, maybe the chinese investors that bought at 40 cents will give him some heat as well.
I'm fed up with carrots - now I really want to understand what I have invested in, because obviously me and Howard have a very different view on rapid growth, 13 cents does not cut it.
