The earlier successes in getting the company back on its feet, the updated 43-101, and renegotiating deals, all combined to get someone like Sprott on board which was a noteable achievement for management. 

There are definite indications of higher grades at lower depths as well as additional veins, based on the drlling in years past and is what led Spott to invest. 

The first round of drilling had problems with lost drill holes due to old mine shafts and was unfortunate.   They also drilled outside the known veins which didn't yield immediate results.  The wisdom of that drilling can be debated.  

However, the lack of press releases on drilling progress is a disappointment, even if such news was negative.
