TRANSFORMATIVE ACQUISITION WAS SLAM

TRANSFORMATIVE ACQUISITION WAS SLAM

Words in their press release on buying Ireland portfolio

transformative in terms of fees for SLAM as they have made 16 million YTD in 2022

dillution of shares more leverage on favourable terms to buy bankers providing financing

has CEO CFO buy any "cheap shares" nah they pass

Are yiu better off? Rhetorical question the answer is obvious

Maybe they can sell more highly occupied properties to get our total occupancy rate lower ...just as long fee generation for the two Welch brothers

as I posted previously on a podcast Blair Welch said don't over leverage balance sheet ....hey Blair take your own advice next time

accountability will be served
