RE:AGM SCENERIODoubtful.
How would Torrent be able to influence the ALY landscape when, according to Sedar financial filings, they are seriously in the ditch financially?
CEO Wade Dawe appears to have a hand in multiple firms, at first glance many of those microcap. Is he able to shift resources into Torrent that so far this year has only had a gain on investments of $23171.00 as of June 30/22 and cumulative portfolio write downs of over $7.9 mil as of June 30/22? (2021 results were well into the red a well.)
Certainly unimpressive performance so unless Torrent comes forward with a boatload of cash to take out shareholders, who would listen to Torrent?
ALY management certainly should be prepared to answer a lot of questions should anyone shows up at the AGM. Give us numbers on ops performance for the story certainly is compelling.
