RE:CEI.VYes, once the infrastructure is in place, drilling in the Montney can really get serious. Vet is heavily invested there, both in and of themselves and through partial ownership in companies like CEI which was pieced off after Vet bought Loucrata. (Spell). CEI does have a lot of outstanding shares for a venture company, that is always a concern. My faith is buoyed by the fact that two of the partners involved in the Coastal Gaslink are Korea Gas and PetroChina https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coastal_GasLink_Pipeline (Do your own DD)
