RE:Calibre OutperformsGeez, (You or anyone else that wants to chime in.)
Someone touched on this the other day, much like Real Estate, with CXB, it is all about Location, Location, Location. It apears they have one of the best houses in a terrible neighborhood. On your spread sheets, how do you factor this in? As surely the market has country risk a big factor for them.
On the same subject, are you versed in the B2Gold Deal?. Any idea if the location was a factor in B2 giving up such primo property? And, do you think there is a chance they have shed any shares over the past two weeks or do think they still control about 25% and will continue to do so?
Lastly, do you or anyone have any idea of these other concessions below that have been granted??. Are these granted concessions a large land mass, are they in primo areas where high grade gold has already been found? etc. As it looks like they are set up for the long haul assuming their are no country glitches.
"In its ongoing concession management program, since 2020, Calibre has submitted 44 concession applications in Nicaragua. Of these, 27 concessions have been granted, 14 continue in the consultation process and, in June 2022, the Company elected to desist with its applications for two full concessions and part of a third."
