Advertising for Women's Best, the fitness babe opened up about the importance of loving the skin we're in.
The fitness coach often speaks out about the importance of accepting our natural bodies, and to stop comparing ourselves to images we see on social media.
She helps women to get fit without restrictions, and to build strength instead of aiming to weigh a certain number on a scale.
Emma shared two snaps of herself side-by-side to show that she feels "happy" and "healthy" from all different angles.
She modelled gym shorts and a cropped top as she posed with her shorts yanked up to cover her tum, and also showed what her natural belly looks like when it's relaxed in another candid snap.
The body positive babe shared the pictures to show that you can be happy and confident no matter if you pose and look lean, or whether you simply let everything hang out.
Writing on Instagram, Emma said: "You are absolutely beautiful and deserve to love all parts of your body.
