It has a 1% net smelter royalty covering 78 hectares of land positioned in a former silver mining district, located south of the Eldorado mining district at Great Bear Lake.

I wish this would have occurred many years ago outside of critical minerals.

Anectodally,  anytime a chinese corporation bought into any stock I owned, the playbook appeared to be stagnation forever, then some form of shock event and the share price would drop like a rock, and then after a period of time, a buyout for virtually nothing. Longtime shareholders lost big time.
I have friends who are chinese, and they are terrific people.  As for chinese corporations, I always lost big time as a shareholder.
