RE:RE:OSC reportingThis entire process is a circus. Back room deals appear to be the order of the day. No one drops a lawsuit unless they are assured some matter of compensation. That in itself is ok if its a side deal and not connected to the share price but that doesnt appear to be the case. The dissent option should have nothing to do with a lawsuit that is in progress. The small guy in most cases has never even heard of a dissent process. To think Tinto has TRQ on their books at $50+ US ??
I certainly can understand a discount for cash but then there are the drill results from the coring that took place this summer. No mention of that.
It appears the deposit is a lot bigger thatn the operator is letting on or at least the potential for more ore is highly likely.
The TRQ Board likely has a golden parachute on this sale as well.
