RE:Canfor board of directors share ownership

RE:Canfor board of directors share ownershipI believe Canfor's share ownership requirement, or lack of one, was intentional to benefit Jimmy Pattison in taking over the rest of the company.

Usually directors are required to hold shares equal to some percentage of their base cash retainer.

When Jimmy Pattison bought Canfor and brought in his own directors, this was never made a requirement.

I bet you that directors are not encouraged to buy shares and are compensated through Jimmy's other private companies.

Why?

Because he's always wanted to take over the rest of the company and by compensating the directors through his private companies and directing them not to buy the stock, Canfor's stock is depressed because the market sees the directors having no skin in the game.

It's a scam.
