Great Buying Opportunity?

Seems like a great time to pick up shares of Evertz at the bottom end of a 10+ year trading range. Supply chain issues that have caused them to tie up more cash in inventories than they would like may preclude the payment of an immediate special dividiend but the regular dividend is safe.
