Navajojoe is referring to a project from K Hovnanian Homes called Tehachapi Hills which indeed is located near the Southwest of Sage Ranch.

If you look at Google Maps [url=https://www.google.com/maps/place/35%C2%B006'48.3%22N+118%C2%B027'06.3%22W/@35.1134663,-118.4523089,17.27z/data=!4m5!3m4!1s0x0:0xe7530a3cb82382c!8m2!3d35.113428!4d-118.451747]here[/url], you can see the Northside that has been build with Warrior Park located near the middle.

If you click on the box near the bottom-left called Layers, sattellite image footage from 2022 is shown.

The other development phases of the Tehachapi Hills project remained unbuild due to the previous owner that went bankrupt. K Hovnanian Homes is now proceeding to develop the rest of the project. Their new houses are priced starting in the low 500k range.
