Mc LEAN WATT MINE -

Mc LEAN WATT MINE - Where is this mine - located ?
OPEN THE LINK
zoom in.... near scadding mine.
Based on this mindat map - Mc LEAN = EAST WEST PIT.
'
https://www.mindat.org/loc-213142.html

I do recall reading that....
Scadding Mine, South Pit -  has - arseonopyrite, chalcopyrite, pyrrhotite, pyrite.
Nickel is known to be present in these - ites.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

What does the Mc Lean write up say about the - geology of this - east / west - pit ?
Villneuve structure - large blue chlorite quartz with grey's - showing at surface.

1 Arsenopyrite Economic Ore
2 Chalcopyrite Economic Ore
3 Galena Economic Ore
4 Gold Economic Ore
5 Magnetite Economic Ore
6 Pyrite Economic Ore
7 Pyrrhotite Economic Ore
8 Silver Economic Ore

What does the -east / west villneuve structure look like ?

What does the Mc LEAN write up say about Scadding mine - aside of it ?
Feb 28, 2020 (Sheree Hinz) -
Mineralization on the Scadding mine site seems for the most part, to be confined to the chloritic matrix in the unit logged as chlorite breccia where the breccias likely acted as both mechanical and chemical traps for the hydrothermal fluids.

Gold with pyrite, chalcopyrite, pyrrhotite, arsenopyrite, magnetite, galena, minor silver, and very low palladium are most abundant in Zone A

I'm figuring - Zone A = Scadding mine.
Too bad they only tested for Gold - at Scadd.

I did like the drill hole tapping into the Bristol -  quartz carbonate = right beside Scadd - west.
Near 15m of - 0.12 cobalt.
cobalt is pretty pricey - near $70k tonne cdn

Past explorers liked focusing on the gold.
Yet... with a lil digging - seems there's more minerals than meets the eye in this area.

Link below - be sure to click on hte heology of area...
It wil llist the minerals found @ - Mc LEAN.  (  east west pit )

I don't know....
Fron red rock mine to north and south pit including scadding, and eat west pit to brady.
Each area hosts the - - i-t-e-s along with cobalt and nickel.
Even...ashigami showing i would say is justifiable to include in the framwork
And... the original sampling perofrmed by BMK at ashigami to 1/2 between scadd.
Showed - nickel.

Can nickel exist just in basic-  pyrite ?  ( web search )
Pyrite is commonly found to contain minor nickel, and forms a series with Vaesite, NiS2; Bravoite is a Ni-bearing variety of pyrite.

I was going to show you an original - map where - BMK - tested rocks from,
Ashigami to 1/2 between Scadding mine - just north east of - north pit.
What did that link say ?
It spoke about - nickel cobalt values.

Guess what ?
Seems all those live links the other day are now - unaccessible. ( links broken )
I read them just a few days ago. ( very odd )

4 BROKEN LINKS - ( one contained the map and photo of what was found )

Headline grades of recent Gold intercepts in the Scadding Deposit from BMK.V's 2019 drilling campaign on SPJ Property:

October 22, 2019: MacDonald Mines Hits Three High-Grade Gold Zones with 21.66 g/t Gold over 1.64 m including 40.6 g/t Gold over .87 m.

October 15, 2019: MacDonald Mines Drills 11.10 g/t Gold over 6.14 m at its SPJ Property.

October 7, 2019: MacDonald Mines Drills 14.04 g/t Gold over 4.21 m at its SPJ Property.

September 26, 2019: MacDonald Mines Intersects High-Grade Gold in the Scadding Deposit – Drills 52 g/t Gold over 12 m.

I opened one of the photos in a separate window - still have it - he, he, he....
Saved it form one of the links when they were still accessible.
This is the type of geology not far from, Scadd or North Pit -  near Asahigami.

Nice blue cobalt and I love the darker grey's.
Hiw much grey mineralization can you see in this photo -
Analyze it for a few minutes - it's amazing how much stands out if one really scopes it.

Lastly...
I mentioned we have chromite in our claims - geology.
Now... like i was saying - it;s nowhere near the grades when compared to - ring of fire.

But.... several were over 1,000 ppm.
= 0.1%

1,000 ppm = 2.2 lbs per tonne,

Most don't know -
Chromite is running - $14,750 / t  =  $6.70 lb
Far higher than copper.

Just thought i'd mention it.
I did a quick calculation - supposing a junior ( any ) was only on the hunt for gold, and had a few extra mineral credits -  they decided to mine and while handling the ores they decided to capture a few smaller secondary credits - i used 5,000,000 tonnes as an example.
200m L x 100m W X 100m D X 2,5 ore weight

With 1,000 ppm chromite .
I was actually surprised to see how much it was worth.

Now..  will our Geo - have dreams of, grey minerals ?
pentlandite, arseopyrite, pyrrhotite, pyrite, nickeline or even... nickel chorlite ?
Or even an exotic nickel - aluminum / magnesium ?
Wink.

Who knows.... maybe future press releases will eliminate those - insignificant results.
Gotta show the investors - it's why we invest.

Cheers....
