Never said I did, not once, not ever. I don't think anybody knows. I imagine that readers here would be interested in your ideas on it, but I don't think you have any.

How Bioasis does it will depend on whether they do any business or not. It would be best if they get a deal or two that pushes the share price up and fills the bank account. Otherwise it gets kind of weird. The rules for new listings are available on NASDAQ's main site. I and others have posted them here before. 

It's 147 days until April Fools Day, 2023. On that day it will be exactly 15 years since W.R. Partners Ltd. announced the closing of its qualifying transaction, the acquisition of biOasis Advanced Technologies Inc.
