RE:RE:Exit Stage, Dissenting Shareholder Hi Richard
I have a Bay Street law firm acting for us on a land issue against the MNRF.
Man those guys are frozen.
I have another local firm acting for our Title Insurance Claim relating to this land issue.
Presently involved in some old litigation case against a Bank. Case started in 1995 and I'm still standing.
At work I prepare contracts and agreements and deal with legal issues on my large projects. I typically prepare the briefs.
This one is much simpler then a typical legal action. Because it's a CBCA law item. Not much to argue about other then fair value.
The first motion would be to have Monument Mining pay for a proper appraisal,
Being they want to impact our shareholder's rights that one looks good for us.
Keep trying intimidating them, speaks volume to your ethical and moral values.
Enjoy your week.
