RE:RE:RE:RE:Summit to be acquired by Dream Industrial & GICA lot can happen between now an sometime in the first quarter of 2023.  There are two components - the risk of the deal not happening or  the offer price being reduced (say because of world wide recession) and the time value of money.

The market price should move towards the offer price as the weeks go by, but will likely never reach the offer price becasue of transaction costs and because an another offer seems unlikely given the premium.
