The Company is formed for the purpose of acquiring and owning office properties primarily situated in France, Germany, and Spain. The REIT properties are strategically situated in urban areas, generally in close proximity to public transportation. Its France properties include Gaia, Arcueil, Delizy, Metropolitan, Sabliere, and Baldi. Its Germany properties include Trio, Kosching, Neu Isenburg, Stuttgart, Bad Homburg, and Duisburg. Its Spain property is Delgado. The INOVALIS S.A. acts as the manager of the REIT.

RE:RE:RE:any insiders bought in october?Totally agree, very hard not to keep buying ... reminds me of Enerflex a few months ago that I never understood how and why people were selling, could not get an answer... it's been green since then... I trusted my guts, sometimes market doesn't make sense but then let's hope that with that crazy  dividend and that ridiculous share price management buyback and cancel shares , turning that massacre into positive territory
