It also has a 100% interest in certain mineral claims in the James Bay Lowlands area of Northern Ontario. It has a 70% interest in the Viljoenshof Diamond Project in South Africa.

Late filing dated 2017...stock was trading around 5 cents. Warrants strike price 7 cents.

Someone sitting around doing nothing for all those years, scratching their butt, and just realized that they haven't made the necessary declaration.
