RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Summit to be acquired by Dream Industrial & GICBecause instutional ownership is high here, it will be interesting to see where that cash goes. Typically  it stays in the same sector. With demand exceeding supply in the industrial sector, the managers will be examining competitors. NXR being smaller and in growth mode should benefit most. I believe.
