It has a 1% net smelter royalty covering 78 hectares of land positioned in a former silver mining district, located south of the Eldorado mining district at Great Bear Lake.

Good research on the EVs, have any 'longs' seen anything from the Industrial/Commercial market?

Obsolsence risk shows in Europe, a 10% increase in EV yet a drop in cobalt nearly 10% due to LFP.
