Financing closes tomorrow

Financing closes tomorrowWhat can we expect immediately? And what might flow from this in the run up to the PFS? It's not a transformative amount of $$ but it could have consequences. We are pretty much guaranteed a PR tomorrow. Seems some think this has been a sh#t show, a wasted opportunity, has it? I tend to think what flows from the financing is probably more important than the SP action during it. Nave?

1) I'm not expecting much from the PR but there might be some nuggets. "Over-subscribed" would be a nice word to be included. Anything else that can tease the market?

2) Can we expect a GS analyst report between now and PFS? Chances? These guys will be expecting to be part of the bigger deals that are to come down the road presumably that's why they were part of this small one. They'll need to give something back for that.

3) The same for RBC as 2)

4) Roadshow? New year?

5) Project developments before the PFS? I expect most energy is going into the PFS atm. Presumably all the core data is in by now. Maybe a final tally on that.

I'd like to see this deal as the first step in getting their ducks in a row in advance of the PFS. Right way to see this? I'm mostly just waiting for the PFS, the biggest disappointment was it's delay by a Q, I'm patient though.
