If your shares are segregated in a brokerage account, normal procedure is nothing.  The CUSIP system looks at the old TUD CUSIP number and swaps in the two new shareholdings.  It should be automatic.  That's likley the vast majority of holders.  Nothing required because nothing is happening except your company is being split in two.

If you hold registered shares like a caveman in your safety deposit box or folded up in the bottom of your shoe, you'll need to get them to the transfer agent, likley with the PofA for transfer on the back signed off.  But ask the company.
