If your shares are segregated in a brokerage account, normal procedure is nothing. &nbsp;The CUSIP system looks at the old TUD CUSIP number and swaps in the two new shareholdings. &nbsp;It should be automatic. &nbsp;That&#39;s likley the vast majority of holders. &nbsp;Nothing required because nothing is happening except your company is being split in two.<br /> <br /> If you hold registered shares like a caveman in your safety deposit box or folded up in the bottom of your shoe, you&#39;ll need to get them to the transfer agent, likley with the PofA for transfer on the back signed off. &nbsp;But ask the company.<br /> <br /> cg
