RE:Canada will introduce refundable tax credits for clean techMitigate the risks indeed.  It takes 30 years to pay off a windmill (I wonder what the life span of a
windmill is).  This sounds like a pork-barrel.  Time will tell.

It takes 2 years to pay off a TMG but a windmill is more appealing to the masses.
Windmills conjure up romantic images of Dutch farmers.  Ironic, no?
