RE:June 2012 Judgements….Evidence of fraud?

RE:June 2012 Judgements….Evidence of fraud?Thirty one other cancellation of the registrations were also ordered by the Court for the Amarillo Sur and Amarillos Norte claims.  None of these cancellations were ever disclosed to the investors or to the public.

After 2013, JL had no claims that had not been cancelled by the Court.

You are correct, if these cancellations had been disclosed, it would have been difficult to raise money from the MSX shareholders - hence the BCSC action against MSX and BJ for false and misleading information.

In a nutshell, MSX was paying JL for an option on non-existent properties.
