RE:RE:Canada will introduce refundable tax credits for clean techWindmills will not save the Dutch farmer from a dramatic rise in sea levels.

Covid took cars off the road and reduced carbon levels for 3 years.  Energy efficiency can reduce worldwide fossil fuel use dramatically and permanently.  TEI is the interim solution needed for the 10-15 year road to reducing all fossil fuel uses.

Time is needed for the enhanced infrastructure to support switch to electricity that has sustainable sources.
