...there are 2 reasons imo. First, the market is waiting on resolution of the Wilan situation and second, wants to see a pathway to profitability on the ITS portfolio. A lesser but important aspect is clarity on the go forward strategy; recall Kidd has made no changes to the Paul Hill direction.
