Pothead, when you say you have been trying for months to make an appointment with no luck, can you give us more details of this? Did you sign up and pay the subscription fee? Did you call in or can you share any email exchanges ? In what jurisdiction do you reside ? Are you in Vancouver or elsewhere in BC? Curious as to your personal experiences and what went wrong. And did you highlight these concerns to management and what was their response. Can you share with us actual details?
