RE:RE:SALMON

RE:RE:SALMON"I assume that the Government has not yet replied to BKM on exactly what they want."

Can we please stop this BS ?

The BC government doesn't want anything from PBM.  If PBM wants a certificate from the government, the steps to do so are well publicized.  PBM needs to submit a project proposal and ratify a scope/ Terms of Reference document with the relevant stake holders.

Has PBM submitted a proposal or scope statement ?  Have the stakeholders been notified ?  Has the comment period started ?

Or is John again trying to short cut the process by demanding meaningless meeting with the government ?

The government is tired of dealing with PBM's deviant behavior.  DO THE WORK.   Why is that so hard to understand ?

PBM has zero credibility with the government.   PBM needs nothing from the government to get the new process started.  There is no reason to send letters or hold meetings.   PBM needs to submit a project proposal and the new Terms of Reference hammered out.  Period.  End of story.   It is a complete waste of time and money to do anything else.
