RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Some contribute to the discussion, some don't Before my reply, I would like to ask anyone for anyone else on the forum who has personally tried to use Medi-call and for their detailed experience. Must be some who want to fill prescriptions or have been tempted?

Thank you for those details. Yes, this is a major fumbling of the ball and the managing of investor expectations and transparency has to improve.
If their game plan is to first go after private sectors until further established regulation wise in each province, that is fine. But their communications plainly leads investors to believe that they are open for business to all the public in all of BC. I doubt they have those resources ? But the lack of professionalism from your experience is unwarranted. This would all be avoided with a clearer transparent communication strategy and a bolstered and professional communications department.
I personally believe they are not undergoing a mass public marketing campaign because the public is not their goal at the moment. They are going after closely associated private groups first. But why not communicate this clearly to investors? Everyone understands you may want to have more provinces on board and a larger base of doctors and nurses before mass marketing.
Anyways, I agree, sometimes as a new company it is important to eat your humble pie too and listen to your critics instead of just block them. Or at least manage the information and expectations.
Make sure to keep us informed of any replies from Management from your most recent endeavour to reach out. A straight up "sorry but we don't currently have the resources to service the island at this time, however, we are working hard to establish the resources in this area, and when we do we will make sure to reach out to you as we value you as a customer" or something like that.
