With a conversation with a member of management,  the comment was that it was almost impossible to get new financing at any cost and it seemed that the only solution was to merge with Abcourt or be sold.

I am not for the merger or against .
I have a large holding in Abcourt and also 3,4m shares of Pershimex.

I think i have more to gain by not merging if Pershimex can be sold at above 0.05c or if Mr Gagnon can add value by adding more oz and wait for the market to turn positive.
