Ironically Steve has been continually wrong for years andis a follower.  In that article, Binance talks about REAL brick and morter Banks ( traditional ) and maybe look at some payment service providers such as little Revo #6900 ( wonder who #0001 is ?  lol  ) Anyways, Binance's main concentration now is on FTX  and anything else will be on the end of the toilet paper roll for some time yet.
